Yo-Yo Dieting


Weight gain and loss especially when they're done quickly and repeatedly weaken the fibers of skin, making it prone to premature sagging, stretch marks and little lines. Even putting on and shedding as few as five pounds in rapid succession can upset the body's hormone levels and trigger breakouts.
What's the solution? Try setting a goal of losing no more than two pounds a week, a safe, skin-friendly amount. Go slow and steady and don't do it alone. Join a group that offers support.
